After entering, you may earn additional entries at no cost by referring friends who enter (three (3) entries for each friend who enters, up to five (5) friends) and following Truemed and each participating brand on Instagram (one (1) entry each), up to a maximum of twenty-two (22) total entries per person. These bonus actions are optional, are free, and are not required to enter or win.
To enter without joining the email list or providing marketing consent, hand-print your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a card and mail it to: True Medicine, Inc., Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator, 1800 E. 4th St. Unit 101, Austin, TX 78702. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by October 3, 2026. Mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry and does not require joining any list.

Grand Prize (1 winner). One (1) winner will receive a prize bundle consisting of one (1) of each of the following:
Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize bundle: $4,464.95.
Bonus Prizes (5 winners). Five (5) additional winners will each receive one (1) prize. One Bonus Prize will be awarded per brand, as follows:
Withings model allocation. Two (2) Withings smartwatches are awarded in total across the Grand Prize and the Withings Bonus Prize: one (1) ScanWatch 2 (ARV $369.95) and one (1) ScanWatch Nova (ARV $599.95). Which winner receives which model will be determined by Sponsor in consultation with the winners; neither winner is guaranteed a specific model.
Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes offered: $9,159.90, based on each brand's manufacturer's suggested retail price at the time the Sweepstakes is announced and subject to change. Limit one (1) prize per person or household. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's discretion; Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued where required by law. Each participating brand is responsible for fulfilling its own prize item.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected at True Medicine, Inc.'s discretion. Sponsor will never request payment, gift cards, wire transfers, or financial-account information as a condition of claiming a prize.
